Guest Access
Guests will enjoy the entire main-level home. The lower in-law suite can also be rented separately or together with the main house. Guests are welcome to explore the walking trails and relax on the decks overlooking the valley.

Parking & Vehicle Guidelines

  • Free parking for up to 2 standard passenger vehicles
  • Large or commercial vehicles require advance approval
  • Restricted vehicles: heavy-duty trucks (¾-ton+), duallys, RVs, pop-ups, trailers, vans, or any vehicle with a 3rd axle (due to bridge limitations)

Other Things to Note

  • Exterior security cameras are in place for safety
  • No parties, events, or large gatherings
  • No smoking or vaping indoors; please dispose of cigarette butts properly
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Keyless entry with auto-lock for added security
  • Home is cleaned with non-toxic products and maintained to high standards

Rates & Availability

House Rules

🕒 Checking In & Out

  • Check-in: after 4:00 PM (self check-in with keypad)
  • Check-out: before 11:00 AM (no late check-outs)

👥 During Your Stay

  • Max: 7 guests (must list all on your reservation)
  • No pets (including ESAs)
  • Courtesy hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
  • No parties, events, or commercial photography
  • No smoking or vaping indoors (fine: $500)

📌 House Rules

  • The booking guest must also stay on the property (unless approved in advance).
  • You’re responsible for the behavior of your group—please share rules with all guests.
  • Upper level only is included in this rental. Noise carries—keep volume low after 10 PM.
  • No illegal activity, drugs, candles, or incense.
  • No curry cooking (strong lingering odor).
  • Don’t move furniture or remove wall décor.
  • Please lock doors and close all windows when leaving or if it rains.
  • Respect the space—excessive mess will incur extra cleaning fees ($300+).
  • Commercial vehicles, trailers, or 3rd axle vehicles require pre-approval and a parking fee.
  • All guests must be listed on the reservation.

🚫 Pets Policy

  • No pets of any kind. This includes ESAs.
  • Bringing a pet will result in eviction, no refund, and a $250 cleaning fee.

🧹 Before You Leave (Check-out Checklist)

  1. Gather all used towels and place in the basket or on the washer.
  2. Run dishwasher with any used dishes.
  3. Remove all trash and food waste to bins under the deck by the driveway.
  4. Use separate bin for cans/bottles.
  5. Close blinds, turn off lights.
  6. Set thermostat: 72°F (summer) / 68°F (winter).
  7. Lock all doors and windows.

This is a wonderful place to stay- it is within driving distance of Nashville and all the things to do in town while providing a peaceful spot to unwind within the property. We truly enjoyed our stay! Would highly, highly recommend!

Amy and Shane made us feel right at home! They were so responsive when sending a message. Shane went out of his way to accommodate us to make us feel at home and come down to introduce himself. The property is beautiful with such a great creek in front, quiet , private and walking trails on property. They were in contact with us to make sure that everything was going well during our stay! Would stay again ! Highly recommend this property 🙂

Absolutely spotless, beautiful setting, and highly responsive host. I was sent very detailed instructions on how to get there, which is great because I’m terrible with directions. The place was pristine, very comfortable, and private. Beds were luxurious.

The setting was lovely and quiet but also near stores and restaurants.

Amy’s place was the perfect getaway. The property has a very tranquil setting. We enjoyed seeing wildlife on the property. One evening we sat on the porch and just enjoyed the view with a deer in the distance munching on the vegetation. Even though it felt remote there still were plenty of restaurants in the area for eating out. Plus, the place is very clean, well stocked with amenities and the furniture was very comfortable.

Loved the stay- very pretty decor and throw blankets were a nice touch. The use of a kitchen, and washer/dryer were invaluable. Chic little spot amidst gorgeous landscape. Commuting to work conference each day was made easier returning to a place of beauty.

This house was perfect for our needs in bringing the family together in one place where we had good areas to visit and the ability to cook and share meals. The outside patio areas are amazing which gave us lots of options for groups to gather both inside and out. The house is very comfortable and clean and extremely well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well furnished. We had plenty of everything we needed. The pictures are a very accurate presentation of what you will find in the house. The house is almost directly across from an Aldi market with a Kroger, Publix and Walgreens as well some restaurants just a few blocks away. I would not recommend trying to walk to any of them because the house is on a pretty busy highway. However, once you turn into the driveway and get to the house you don’t hear the traffic or road noises and you see nothing but nature and quiet. We would definitely rent this place again and highly recommend it.
